Breathe in: “I believe in God the Father”
Breathe out: “in Jesus Christ His only son”
Breathe in: “and the Holy Spirit”
Some of my most transforming moments have been when I take the time to meditate on God and His word. I take long deep breaths.
Breathe out: “I believe in God the Father”
Breathe in: “in Jesus Christ His only son”
Breathe out: “and the Holy Spirit”
In the stillness of the early morning I take time to recognize who He is, praise Him for it, and lay flat on the ground in His presence.
Breathe in: “I believe in God the Father”
Breathe out: “in Jesus Christ His only son”
Breathe in: “and the Holy Spirit”
I use this time NOT to make my requests known; God knows I do that all too often. I use this special time only to show Him my respect, adoration, and humility.
Breathe out: “I believe in God the Father”
Breathe in: “in Jesus Christ His only son”
Breathe out: “and the Holy Spirit”
Sometimes I choose scripture to meditate on. It’s amazing how easy it is to memorize scripture when my mind is cleared and I am focused only on pleasing my Lord.
Breathe in: “I believe in God the Father”
Breathe out: “in Jesus Christ His only son”
Breathe in: “and the Holy Spirit”
Before I know it, 30 minutes has passed and I must begin my day. I have given God my first moments of the day; saved that time just for Him and me. I can see the difference in myself and I believe others see it too. God transforms me whenever I spend time with Him.
Won’t you meet with Him too?
Love in Christ
